Its official, The Chainsmokers’ new album will drop on April 7th. This is the duo’s debut album and it is going to be something special. Everyone knows that The Chainsmokers is not your usual EDM duo. What makes them so different is the fact that they chose to showcases a more sentimental side of them unlike other EDM bands. Additionally, the forthcoming album has been entitled “Memories…Do Not Open” and it will feature 10 brand new tracks.
The two artists went on Twitter and teased the upcoming album by stating that it’s going to show a more vulnerable side of them. This was to be expected since the album has been entitled “Memories…Do Not Open” and it’s more than surely going to present a collection of private memories that will take the two artists back in time. Nonetheless, we can expect the album to be filled with great tracks that resemble the style used in the duo’s worldwide hit “Closer”.
