Lorde doesn’t shy away from showing what type of songs she loves. The singer even goes on Twitter from time to time and uploads a list of her favorite songs that people can check out. However, on October 5th Lorde went to the next level and performed a cover of one of her favorite songs.
Lorde was performing in Paris on October 5th and that’s where she decided to give fans an opportunity to hear her cover “In the Air Tonight”. Lorde also stated the following while on stage: “This is a song that I really, really love. It was one of my favorite songs of the last year, and it really influenced Melodrama.
