Most music videos are cool and they show people partying. However, some musicians love to take things to the next level and create a short movie for their songs. The perfect example of this is the music video for YUNGBLUD and Halsey’s new track called “11 Minutes”. Don’t be fooled by the name of the track because the music video lasts for only five minutes. However, YUNGBLUD and Halsey show to everyone what racing against time feels.
The music video is directed by Colin Tilley and its gives everyone a glimpse of what being depressed feels like. Both the video and the song are powerful and they have heartfelt message. YUNGBLUD decided to take to Twitter and let everyone what the music video is about by making the following statement: “To me, this is the story of modern love in society. We are so distracted and focused on what’s next we fail to see what’s actually in front of us”.
