Ed Sheeran is a great musician that’s known for being quite humble. The singer doesn’t like sitting in the limelight and he more than often shies away from it. Therefore, no one should be surprised to find out that Ed Sheeran kept his speech short when he became the first person ever to be awarded the VMAs “Artist of the Year” award.
The British singer kept his acceptance short and simple. While most artists would’ve relished in the spotlight, Ed Sheeran thanked his fans, record label and friends then moved on. It’s great seeing that huge music icons such as Ed Sheeran can be so modest at times where others wouldn’t stop from bragging. However, this is what makes Ed Sheeran who is and let's just hope he never changes.
