Michael Bublé

Michael Bublé is a Canadian-Italian pop and jazz musician, born in Burnaby on September 9, 1975. Even though Bublé participated in all kinds of talent contest since he was underage, he got into this business for real through bizarre chain of random events. He was introduced to well-known politician Brian Mulroney by his aide Michael McSweeney, who was impressed with artist’s performance at business event. Brian hired him as singer for his daughter’s wedding where producer David Foster was one of guests. He reluctantly agreed to produce his debut eponymous album and in hit the shelves in early 2013. Album was very popular in entire Anglosphere, especially in Australia. Second album “It’s Time” got more international acclaim, as Japan and Italy proved to be suitable markets. Funny enough, this album has collector’s edition called Starbucks’ edition, featuring one additional track which Michael did for Starbucks commercial – “Come Fly with Me”. Next album got named “Crazy Love” and this was first occasion when Michael’s album premiered on top of Billboard 200. “Call Me Irresponsible” was equally successful, while “Nobody but Me” slightly underperformed in comparison to two previous offerings. Michael is still relatively young man for the genre he works in, yet already among most wealthy of them.
