George Ezra is a popular musician from the UK. He was born on June 7, 1993, in Hertford, England. According to the artist, he was mostly influenced by Bob Dylan and Woody Guthrie. In 2013 he released the first EP “Did You Hear the Rain”, which was regularly featured on BBC Radio 1. His song “Budapest” got No.6 in Italian chart. Later the Federation of the Italian Music Industry certified it as platinum. During his career, George has managed to play support for Tom Odell, Sam Smith, and Bastille. In 2014 Ezra debuted with the album “Wanted on Voyage”, which hit No.3 in the UK Albums Chart. It also appeared in the charts of New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, Denmark, Germany, and Netherlands. It was the third best-selling album in the UK in 2014 after Sam Smith and Ed Sheeran, with almost 680,000 sold copies. In 2015 the artist was 4 times nominated for British Awards. The same year he toured together with Hozier during his North American tour. In 2015 the singer sang at the Osheaga Festival in Montreal. He was also invited on Saturday Night Live.
